The BEST and EASIEST garlic bread you'll ever make! Perfect for parties, shared appetizers or paired with pasta. RECIPE BELOW!

Ingredients
1 loaf of bread
1 cup salted butter, room temperature
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Combine the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
2. Using a bread knife, cut the bread diagonally without cutting all the way through. Repeat in the opposite direction, to create a diamond pattern.
3. Spread the butter onto the inside edges of the bread. Scatter some cheese into the inside and the top of the bread.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, or until warm and the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
