Hello! thanks for watching! this is an asmr style guided meditation. Its one that I do all the time and find really works well for a lot of reasons. I only used video of myself for the intro because I think its important to keep your eyes closed and totally relax, however I did put some footage of sunflowers and butterflies from my yard last summer if you want something beautiful to look at. This also features a singing bowl sound healing session from my fiance Kayla aka Cosmic Tingles. Hope you like it! ps. I filmed the intro mad early in the morning so if I look sleepy its cause I was :)
