Maharashtra Political Crisis: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday in connection with the Pravin Raut and Patra Chawl land scam case amid the Maharashtra political crisis. Some of his properties had been attached by ED earlier.
Reacting to the summons, Shiv Sena leader Priyanka Chaturvedi said the ED was showing "true bhakti" towards BJP.
TMC spokesperson Saket Gokhale took to his Twitter and said, "It’s ironic how shamelessly Modi speaks of the Emergency when his govt is blatantly & openly using agencies for targeting Opposition leaders & toppling govts."
