This is the spectacular 1989 Group C Sauber-Mercedes C11, chassis number 89.C11.00 ex Michael Shumacher. The peculiarity of this car is the fact that never officially competed but has been used in 10 different tests to continue its development. The technical specs are impressive: 5.0 liter V8 Biturbo "Twin-Turbo" engine which develops about 950 hp (700 kw), weighing only 905 kg for a top speed of over 400 km/h. I had the pleasure to see the C11 in action recently at the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack during the Group C races organized by Peter Auto.

La vettura di questo video è la spettacolare Sauber-Mercedes C11 gruppo C del 1989, numero di telaio 89.C11.00 ed ex ufficiale Michael Shumacher. La particolarità di questa vettura è il fatto di non aver mai gareggiato ufficialmente ma è stata impiegata in 10 differenti test per continuarne lo sviluppo. La cheda tecnica è impressionante: Motore 5.0L V8 Biturbo "Twin-Turbo" accreditato di circa 950 cv (700 kw), peso di soli 905 kg per una velocità di punta di oltre 400 km/h. Ho avuto il piacere di vederla in azione recentemente sulla spettacolare pista di Spa-Francorchamps per le gare dedicate alle Gruppo C organizzate da Peter Auto.
