SC orders Gopal Ansal to surrender in Uphaar fire case

Описание: In its fresh judgement in the Uphaar Fire tragedy case, the Supreme Court has refused to entertain Gopal Ansal's plea seeking more time to surrender. Gopal has sought relief that he should not be asked to serve one-year jail term like his elder brother Sushil Ansal in the case. Last week, the Supreme Court turned down his petition in this regard.
