On Wednesday 26 November, Rachel Reeves will deliver her second budget as chancellor against a backdrop of low growth and productivity, gloomy forecasts and speculation about manifesto-breaking tax rises and significant spending cuts.

UK in a Changing Europe is assembling its top economics panel (yes, like the Avengers) -  Jill Rutter, Jonathan Portes, Gemma Tetlow and Ben Chu - to assess what happened and what it all means. 

What were the key decisions taken? Who will they affect and how? How will both the Parliamentary Labour Party and opposition parties react? And will it improve Labour’s dire performance in the polls?
