Your body will try to negotiate with you when things get hard. It’ll tell you to slow down, ease up, maybe even quit. That’s the moment you choose who’s in control. This session is about getting louder than those excuses and proving your will can rise to meet the work.
Block one hits rotation, pushing strength, upper back control, and single-arm power. We’re starting with landmine rotations, then moving straight into dips, followed by the TRX Y-pull to challenge posture and stability. We finish with single-arm dumbbell rows for a strong pull pattern. Focus on power on the way up, control on the way down, and form that stays sharp all the way through.
