Ingredients -
For Filling -
Onion (प्याज) - Some
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 Nos.
Mozzarella Cheese (मोत्ज़रेला पनीर) - Some
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) - Some
Oregano (ओरिगैनो) - Some
Chilli Flakes (मिर्ची के परत) - Some
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Chat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
For Potato Dough -
Potato (आलू) - 1/2 Kg
Salt (नमक) - Some
Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा) - 5 Tbsp
For Slurry -
Refined Wheat Flour (मैदा) - 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा) - 2 Tbsp
Salt (नमक) - Some
Water (पानी) - As Required
Extra Ingredient -
Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड का बुरादा) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲, in a bowl, add Maida, Corn Flour or Arrowroot, Salt and Water. Mix, make it lump-free, and keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a bowl, add Mozzarella Cheese, chopped Onion, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Tomato, Capsicum, Oregano, Chili Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Chat Masala, and Salt. Mix well and keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐬, take Bread Slices and grind them in a mixing jar. And your Bread Crumbs are ready to use.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, peel wash, and chop Potatoes in a cube then steam them. Keep them cool and grate them with a spoon. Add Corn Flour or arrowroot and salt, and bind the dough well. Make dough balls and roll them by applying some Maida. Then cut them into round shapes with a cookie cutter or a bowl.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚, heat a pan, add Oil, and roast rolled Potato on a medium flame. Then flip the side and apply Pizza Topping, prepared Filling, Cheese, Olives, Green Coriander, Chili flakes, and Black Pepper Powder. Sprinkle some Water, cover, and cook on a slow flame for 5–6 minutes. Serve with Sauce or mayonnaise, and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢, take rolled Potato, place prepared Filling, apply slurry around the corner, and seal the corner well. Dip them in the slurry wrap them with the breadcrumbs and fry them in the medium-heated Oil until they turn golden in color and crispy. Serve with Sauce, Chili Garlic Paste, and green chili, and enjoy!
