A gentle yoga practice for surfers, and anyone carrying tension in the upper back, shoulders, and neck.
Especially supportive between paddling, towing and kite-surfing sessions, or after repetitive upper-body movement. This practice begins standing to build core connection and balance, then gradually moves low to the ground.
The pace is intentionally slow, giving you space to breathe, feel, and release tension rather than rush through the movements. Ideal as recovery yoga for surfers, post-surf stretch, or a reset between sessions.
