Hi, this is BJ Nartker. From 1977 until 1985 you would find me in front of JK Gil at Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights creating Quick Sketches and Caricatures for holiday shoppers to help supplement our income. I would start the week of Thanksgiving and work up through Christmas Eve. Cindy and I thought we would share these old home movies as they give a small peek at the Sunrise Mall back in its hey-day. A lot of the video shows our oldest daughter Heather learning to spread her wings by escaping mom and dad.
