This is the first time Gran Turismo has graced the PS5, but to satisfy Gran Turismo fans, the game was launched on 4th March 2022 for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The first time it’s had a multi-console release.
My GT7 gameplay is on next-gen PS5 and is recorded at 4K 60FPS with HDR.

Gran Turismo 7 is the eighth major release in the GT video game series, the car racing game being developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
It’s an absolute must-play video game for anyone with a love for cars, racing, circuits, as much as arcade games. What’s great about GT7 is that it brings together many of the best features of Gran Turismo from across the years. For example, you will find classic cars, familiar race tracks, even music to bring back great memories from previous Gran Turismo instalments.

And with GT7 on PS5 you will find the return of GT Simulation Mode, the popular single player full career campaign feature. License Tests which featured in GT6 are back, as well as Driving School, GT Auto, Used Cars dealership, Tuning Parts Shop, and Special Events and Championships.

Things to look out for with Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 5 are the effects. The graphics are amazing, but even better is the sensory experience. You feel you are there, in the car with all the dynamic sounds such as the rain hitting the windscreen right down to the tyres moving across the track.
I play GT7 on PS5 with the Thrustmaster steering wheel and it’s an amazing experience, so immersive!

If you find nothing else about GT 7 exciting, it has to be the exclusive arrival of Grand Turismo 7’s Porsche Vision, the first vehicle developed by Porsche purely for the gaming world.
