Hi and welcome to my channel. So on this video I will be showing how to make one of the best Afang Soup. Afang Soup is originated from Calabar Cross River State in Nigeria. And it become one of the famous soup that everyone love including me 😀.
It took my time to learn the traditional way of making this soup. Normally this soup is made with water leafs back in Nigeria but when you are out of the country is difficult to find it so you I used Spinach in replace of water leaf and it came out very delicious as wel.

Ingredients:
Afang leaf Ukazi
Spinach or water leaf
Red oil
Stock cube
Meat of your choice
Salt
Pepper
Crayfish
Stock fish
Snail
Kpomo cow skin
Cow legs or head
Dry cat fish or any fish it your choice
