Hi yarn lovers,

Urban Yarn turns 2 on YouTube and it’s celebration time – I hope that you will join me for the festivities! There’s cake involved!

Over the last two weeks I’ve finished four projects – Easy Crochet Washcloth – a crocheted pattern by Bag-O-Day Crochet (Tutorial 612), Storm Shawl - a knitted pattern by Joji Locatelli, and two knit stitch exercises that do not have patterns – 2 X 2 ribbed scarf and a knitted honey comb stitch cowl. I’ve started a crochet shawl called Matrix Rose Shawl published by Noro Magazine (Copyright by Knitting Fever).

I catch you up on what's going on in my life, farmers’ markets and gearing up for Halloween.
