Ling Tong mainly uses his C3 to duel officers. It is highly damaging but also inconsistent and unsafe. The turtle AI certainly doesn't help him. His biggest weakness is a lack of options against unique officers He is of course a fast filler but but none of his musou attacks are impressive. They can though be incorporated into his offence various ways. It isn't too difficult for him to execute a storm rush. His rage musou is quite good. Though I screwed it up each time, his rage musou is mobile enough that he can get a few extra kills on the officers behind the hyper officers.
