UPDATE! My bad! This test program was actually written Péteri András. Barry had been helping me with this, and due to lack of sleep, I mixed the two up. Thanks so much to Péteri András for helping out with this!
This is the first real test of the YM2151 sound chip on the Commander X16. It runs @ 2MHz, 4Mhz then 8Mhz. This code was graciously written by Barry Yost from the Commander X16 FB Group. The purpose of this test is to help us determine the viability of the YM2151 sound chip. While it is not perfect yet, it certainly shows that the potential is there! More testing needs to be done, but it really doesn't sound like notes are being dropped at 8MHz. Great work Barry!
