Tom was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois until college. Attorney Tom Ashenden was nominated the following Awards: AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and Super Lawyers for ten years in a row! Tom is married to his wife Beverly. Their daughter Katie is twenty nine and working for an ad agency in Chicago as an “Art Director”.
Mr. Ashenden's Law Firm experiences include Bell & Desidario. Later he became a sole practitioner for a few years. Following that Tom formed Quirk & Ashenden for eight years, which became Ashenden, Flynn & Gottlieb for seven and a half years, and has been Ashenden & Associates PC for the last twenty one years.
Tom’s law partner is Gary Powell who has been with the firm going on three years. The firm is hiring another lawyer who is expected to start in August 2023.
