آموزش شیرینی نارگیلی بسیار ساه و خوشمزه فقط با سه قلم مواد

مواد لازم: 🍰🍨
◾ سه عدد سفیده ی تخم مرغ
◾ یک پیمانه پودر نارگیل
◾ نصف پیمانه شکر

دستور العمل :

سفیده ی تخم مرغ را با هم زن برقی هم می زنیم تا پفکی و ابر مانند شود. سپس پودر نارگیل و پودر قند را اضافه کرده و هم می زنیم تا کاملا مخلوط شود.
( پودر نارگیل را آرام آرام اضافه کنید و در هر مرحله هم بزنید تا به غلظت دلخواه برسید )
مواد را به شکل توپ های کوچک درآورید و در سینی فر بگذارید.
فر را از قبل به مدت ده دقیق در دمای ۱۶۰ درجه ی سانتیگراد گرم کنید و شیرینی ها را حدود ۱۵۰ دقیقه در آن بپزید تا طلایی شود.
شیرینی های نارگیلی را می توانید با شربت بار سرو کنید.

Ingredients:

◾ 3 egg whites
◾ 1 cup coconut powder
◾ 1 cup sugar powder

instruction :
Beat the egg white with an electric mixer until it becomes fluffy and cloud-like. Then add coconut powder and sugar powder and stir until it is completely mixed.
(Add the coconut powder slowly and stir in each step until you reach the desired consistency)
Form the ingredients into small balls and put them in the oven tray.
Preheat the oven for ten minutes at 160 degrees Celsius and bake the cookies in it for about 150 minutes until golden.
You can serve coconut cookies with bar syrup.
