If you want something quick and easy for breakfast, go for these simple overnight oats. Leave them in the fridge for at least 6 hours or best overnight. Add the fruits and protein powder of your choice to adjust it to your favorite taste.

Ingredients
For each glas
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1 apple - cubed
1 cup oats
2 tbsp soy protein powder - unflavored
1 banana - sliced
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
1-2 cups unsweetened soy milk
Directions
1. Roast the peanuts in a pan without oil at medium heat for around 10 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to stir so they don't burn.
2. Cut the apple into cubes and slice the banana.
2. Mix the oats and protein powder and roasted peanuts in a bowl.
4. Fill the jar. First the oats, then a layer of apples, the peanut butter, then again oats, then cinnamon, apples again. Lastly, pour the soy milk on top until filled up completely.
5. Leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
6. Enjoy!
