Optimizing employee engagement (alignment & performance) begins early! 4. Error free onboarding is perhaps the most impactful, opportunity for the business to hit a homerun in the eyes of the new employee. Done right, error free onboarding helps the new employee set a positive intention for success in role, creating invaluable emotional equity and eliminating the distraction of re-work.
5. New Employee Assimilation is the critical, formal introduction to the idiosyncratic language, processes, tools and most importantly expectations of success in role and is followed by New Employee Competence development when more specialized objectives and tools are required for success in role.
