Exodus 20:4
The Second Commandment:
Prohibition: It forbids making, bowing down to, or serving any image or likeness of anything for worship.
In today’s world many times we allow ourselves to be trapped into making idols in out lives and most of the time we don’t even know it, like social media and Netflix Hollywood, the music industry and porn, the lusts of the flesh, all pull us away from the Lord who is a jealous God and then we grieve the Holy Spirit.
Let us be on guard to guard are eyes, ears and hearts and mind no to make any idols in our lives amen.
