Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 13:
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State.
2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Everyone has the right to go where they want in their own country and to travel as they wish. To broadly raise awareness of the 30 inalienable rights as proclaimed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Church of Scientology sponsored the production of a corresponding series of public service announcements illuminating these rights.

Each is intended to provide young people with an appreciation of a fundamental tenet within every free society so that the generation of tomorrow need not repeat the errors of its predecessors.
