Join me for this 30 minute grounding yoga and meditation practice if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This practice will allow you to return to a space of mindfulness and presence, grounding into yourself and your environment. This class consists of a gentle yoga flow followed by a nice long savasana with a guided grounding meditation. The perfect class for before bed or whenever you just need to relax and find calm.

Hi, I’m Cassidy! I’m a 200hr certified yoga instructor passionate about helping you bring more wellness, movement, and mindfulness into your everyday life. I got certified to teach yoga in 2018 and have been teaching since. I enjoy teaching slow, mindful vinyasa flow yoga classes, as well as sharing ways for you to take your yoga off the mat (like meditation and mindfulness). I’m so glad you’re here!
