In this video you will learn how to create an "Assignment Profile" in the Learning Management/ Admin Tools interface.
An "Assignment Profile" is used to assign training to groups of employees based on specific criteria. The "Assignment Profile" allows you to select a group of employees and then filter them based on traits such as job title, region, hire date etc. Once you have filtered your employees, the "Assignment Profile" will automatically assign trainings to your target group.
This feature is complex to use at first, but after a little practice, it will make training assignment a lot more efficient.
