Saturn: The Ultimate Gin Tiki Drink | Cocktail Fridays

Описание: This week we check out what many consider to be the best tiki gin cocktail, The Saturn. Created by J. "Popo" Galsini, this drink won the International Bartender Association World Championship in 1967, and was original called the "X-15", named after the rocket plane of the same name.

Saturn
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Passion fruit syrup
¼ oz Falernum
¼ oz Orgeat syrup
1¼ oz Dry gin

Build drink in a shaker, then shake vigorously with crushed ice, pouring entire shaker contents into a pilsner glass. Garnish with cherry, wrapped in a lemon rind (to create a Saturn-rings visual effect). Enjoy.
