Hello guys ,,now is the season for jackfruit Seeds ... so I thought of making a simple chutney with just 3 ingredients
jackfruit seeds are very healthy..do not throw away but make this chutney and eat it 😁

Ingredients
jackfruit Seed
garlic 4 -5
salt as per ur taste
green chilli 4-5 or if you want spicy you can add up more
coriander for garnish

Direction - cooking time 20-25 minutes
wash the seeds and put it on a pan ... let the flame be in low .... keep stirring now and then
roast it properly in both the side ..when it will turn little brown turn the flame in high and keep stirring ... be careful sometimes some seeds get cooked so well that the seed brust 😂... ok after roasting ...roast the green chilli as well
now i used stone(patta) for smashing the seed ... you can use okhli or wooden/stone mortar
And if you will grind in grinder machine don't add water.
now smash the seeds ...after smashing put it aside and grind the roasted chilly and the raw garlic
now add the paste to the smashed seeds,add salt and mix it nicely
garnish it with coriander..our tasty tasty chutney is ready to serve .thankyou for watching
