Villagers:
Farmer villagers put seeds in composters, use bone meal to grow crops
Villagers no longer try to work at the same workstation

Spawning & despawning:
Patrols no longer spawn when the player is close to any village
Villagers can now spawn iron golems regardless of profession

Worlds:
Difficulty, game rules and data packs can now be selected before world is created
Shipwrecks, ocean ruins less common

Gameplay:
Hoes are now digging tools
Soul Speed enchantment - levels 1-3
Mending now always consumes xp if any item needs mending
Can no longer clip through the ground when exiting a minecart
When fishing, treasure loot can now only be obtained by fishing in open waters
Plants no longer grow when 0-ticked

Game rules:
Added gamerule universalAnger
Added gamerule forgiveDeadPlayers

Redstone:
Target block added - The closer you hit to the center, the larger the redstone signal
Redstone wire functionality now matches its visuals better
Added the ability to toggle redstone wire between a cross and a dot

Visuals:
Added new "Fabulous" graphics option - uses per-pixel blending layers for some transparent elements
Added an Entity Distance scale option ranging from 50% to 500%
