Pre-Heating Guide:
• Gas - Medium - 2-3 minutes
• Induction - Medium High - 2-4 minutes
• Solid Plate - Medium High - 2-4 minutes
• Ceramic - Medium - 2-4 minutes
• Halogen - Medium High - 2-4 minutes
• Other Hobs* - Medium to Medium High - 3-5 minutes
*Heat on medium, perform the water test after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds. If no beading occurs after 5 minutes, raise the heat and repeat.
Important Information:
• Never pre-heat empty pans on high heat.
• Never place a hot pan in or under cold water, as it could cause warping.
• Avoid using oven cleaners, wire wool, and harsh detergents containing bleach or peroxide.
• Overheating may cause yellowing which doesn’t affect performance. This can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend Powder and a microfibre cloth.
