UCF has put together an electric offense the last few years, but their defense has also produced some really good NFL caliber players. Vikings 1st round pick Mike Hughes & one handed star LB Shaquem Griffin are just two players from UCF’s “National Championship” season. A player who more people should be talking about is Safety Richie Grant.

Grant is one of the best overall safeties in the draft. He’s been a clutch playmaker the Knights have been able to depend on when needed.
