At the start of 2026, WYG Podcast host JP decided to raise money for two charities that are close to his heart. To do that, he set himself the challenge of running 100km & 28 Miles over the next couple of months... Don’t worry, not all in one day! 🏃

The first charity is Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF). This charity is on the front line when the world’s most vulnerable people need help most, providing life-saving medical care to those affected by war, disease, and devastating natural or man-made disasters. So far for MSF, JP has run 40km since January with 60km to go!

The second charity is the Mental Health Foundation. This charity supports people with mental health problems and funds vital research to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping tackle the UK’s growing mental health emergency. So far for MHF, JP has run 8 miles since February, with 20 miles to go!
