This video looks back at a brilliant week on board Tallulah, a 44ft, 2008 Luke Powell Pilot Cutter.
We sailed around Falmouth Bay, Carrick Roads, the Helford, River Fal, St Mawes and Carne Beach, in a range of conditions from a flat calm all the way to a full gale. The plan was to sail amongst the tall ships parade of sail, however this was cancelled due to Storm Betty bringing F8-9 winds along the south coast. Luckily, because we were anchored right next to the tall ships, we were still able to follow them out into Falmouth Bay when they left to start the race the following day, albeit not under full sail.
