How to: Measure T-type chain length
1. Grab your T-Type chain.
2. In the SRAM AXS App, tap System Guides & Resources.
3. Tap Chain Length & Setup Key Guide
4. Select your bike brand, model, frame and chainring size to calculate the recommended chain length.
5. Tap the i icon next to Chain Length for counting instructions.
6. With a full length T-type chain, count down from 126 to the link number determined by the calculator.
7. Use a chainbreaker tool. Place the pin you want to cut in the chainbreaker, and turn clockwise until you push the pin out. Turn the chainbreaker counterclockwise, and remove the link.
