Slowly simmering meat, potatoes, chickpeas, and tomatoes, then mashing the tender pieces with a wooden masher — a classic comfort meal from my region, known locally as Abgoosht.
The peaceful sounds of the forest, birds, animals, and the warm fire create a calm and rustic atmosphere while I prepare this old-fashioned countryside dish.
