Ingredients:
• 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
• ½ cup butter
• ¾ cup curd
• ¾ cup sugar
• 5–6 drops vanilla extract
• ¾ cup refined flour (maida)
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Melt Chocolate & Butter:
In a bowl, add 1 cup dark chocolate and ½ cup butter.
Melt them together using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
2. Prepare Wet Mixture:
In another bowl, add ¾ cup curd, ¾ cup sugar, and 5–6 drops of vanilla extract.
Whisk well until the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Prepare Dry Mixture:
In a third bowl, add ¾ cup refined flour, ⅓ cup cocoa powder, and 2 tsp baking powder.
Mix thoroughly.
4. Combine All:
Add the wet mixture and dry mixture to the melted chocolate and butter.
Mix well to form a lump-free batter.
5. Bake:
Pour the batter into a tray lined with butter paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
To check doneness, insert a toothpick – if it comes out clean, it’s done.
6. Cool & Serve:
Let the brownie cool completely.
Demould, cut into pieces, and serve.
✅ Note:
If you don’t have an oven, you can bake it in a cooker or kadhai by adding 1 kg of salt and placing a stand inside. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
