Yavin IV was heavily featured in Star Wars A New Hope. Yavin IV was home to the Rebel base which the Rebels used to mount their attack against the Death Star and the Galactic Empire. Han Solo and Luke Skywalker also importantly received medals of Bravery from Princess Leia for their efforts in destroying the Death Star.
