Black Tower Elder Re-Pruning

Описание: Earlier in the spring I did some heavy pruning on this narrow, tall, herbaceous perennials, the Black Tower Elder. Just in case,, I left a few dead looking branches that I thought perhaps might grow some leaves. Unfortunately those leaves didn't grow in and now I know that those branches are completely dead. Anytime you have dead branches on bushes, trees and shrubs, you should remove them. It doesn't matter what time of the year it is.
