A potent wave of energy will swing through Northeast Ohio and react with our warm, humid air. While that will mean rain, the atmospheric setup could also mean thunderstorms - some of which could be strong and even severe.

Timing looks to start midday and continue into the early afternoon. We're specifically targeting 11AM through 3PM as the time when the storms would be most potent.

Heavy rain is the primary threat for your Saturday plans, which could slow down travel and soak anything you have going on outdoors. If the storms reach severe levels, high wind gusts would be the most likely issue.
