in today's video i popped into Patricia's gym for a back workout (led by her). sincerest of thank yous to Patty for filming this video with me. she brought such warm and supportive energy and was such a pleasure to be around. i really appreciate Patty and the monumental influence she's had on the fitness space - specifically for women and girls, inspiring so many (myself included) to strive for strength, growth, and balance. she deserves ALL THE RESPECT!
