We take a closer look at the TurboGrafx-16 and the Turbo Booster -- an enormous add-on that gave the console AV output capabilities... and little else! The Turbo Booster Plus gives it a bit more kick with some onboard RAM, but the feature wouldn't help with most games.
On the other hand, the PC Engine was followed up by a slew of upgraded consoles (such as the CoreGrafx), and had its own variation of off-card memory storage, and narrowly avoid talking about the CD-ROM2 add-on!
