2022 marked the return of the London Notting Hill Carnival, as well as the 40th anniversary of Channel One playing at the same Carnival (at their usual "Channel One Corner" location at the junction of Westbourne Park Road and Leamington Road Villas). So a video that was a bit "out of the ordinary" seemed a good idea.
