This is a story a knacker kid who struggles with his life to survive in a metro city like Mumbai. His daily routine is to move around in surrounding slum and near by areas and collect trash. This is how he leads his life. While picking up trash once accidentally his finger gets cut with a broken glass bottle. He goes to the clinic when compounder stops him outside the clinic itself he even tells him doctor charges a handsome fees that too prior appointment.
