The TRUTH About the RipStick | Does it Really Work?

Описание: In this video I give the truth about the Ripstick. Does it work and is it worth it? I was able to try out and train with the Ripstick which is designed for resistance and tension based training as opposed to traditional weights.
I demonstrate a Ripstick workout that will help tone arms, chest, back and shoulders.
This is great for doing isometric exercises and you can even incorporate calisthenic training as well.
