Overview:
If you need to run a data integrity check, this video is for you! Follow the onscreen instructions and voice over to navigate your way through the client. If for whatever reason you're unable to listen to the audio, you can follow the script below:

Need to reset your password? We’ve got you covered. Login to the backup client with your user credentials and navigate your way to the profile located top, off-centre right on screen.

On the left side of the client, find password and then change password. Confirm your current password, enter a new password, re-enter and confirm.
Please note, changing or resetting your password does not change your encryption key.
