If you don’t have time, you can skip the 'leave it in a fridge' part, it would still give much umami to your dish.
The more you let it sit in a fridge, the more profound the taste become.
You will find your perfect length of this resting (fermenting) time as you cook several times.
You can add any herbs of your choice.
