The primary goal of Continia's expense management solution is to simplify handling expenses by eliminating paper-based processes and spreadsheets, allowing users to submit expenses via mobile app. Features include real-time expense tracking, automatic corporate credit card transaction processing, and receipt reminders for employees.

Richard demonstrates the system's easy-to-use interface, where users can capture expenses by photographing receipts, which are automatically scanned and processed. The solution also supports travel budgets, pre-approvals, and mileage tracking, and it seamlessly integrates with corporate credit card feeds. Approvers can review and approve expenses either within Dynamics 365 Business Central or via a web portal, streamlining the process for both finance teams and employees.

The webinar also highlights the flexibility of the solution in customising expense types and adding additional fields, allowing for tailored use without the need for developers. Built to integrate directly with Business Central, it reduces complexity and improves financial visibility.
