Values:

3. Long term relationships are key.
4. Recognize areas of improvement, then improve.
5. Under-promise and over-deliver.
6. Zero-tolerance for toxic behavior.
7. Mistakes and sub-par outcomes are okay, we learn. The key word is intent.
8. Work smart, play hard.
9. Give respect to get respect. Give it unconditionally. It can’t be demanded.
