Prayer to follow:

Heavenly Father, we come to You with the stumps of our lives – those places where we've been cut down by circumstance, hardship, loss, or failure. In these moments when hope seems distant, remind us of Your unfailing power to bring new life. Like the tree in Job's observation, help us trust that being cut down is not our end.

We thank You that beneath the surface, even now, You are nurturing roots of faith, preparing new growth that will emerge in Your perfect timing. Give us patience in the waiting season and eyes to recognize the first tender shoots of Your restoration work. Where we see only death and endings, You see opportunities for new beginnings.

Lord, for those watching who feel completely cut off from hope today, I pray for a supernatural infusion of Your perspective. May they sense Your presence even in their pain. May they feel Your hand tenderly caring for the wounded places of their hearts. And may they begin to believe again that Your restoration power is already at work.

We surrender our grieving for what was lost and open our hearts to receive the new expression of life You're creating. Thank You that no circumstance is beyond Your redemptive reach.
