Guitar Master (John Patitucci, Paul Motian, Carla Bley, Charlie Haden Liberation Orchestra, etc.).

Steve has performed and recorded with many well-known and highly esteemed musicians.

Notably, he was a longstanding member of the Paul Motian Electric Bebop Band, Charlie Haden's Liberation Music Orchestra and is currently a member of John Patitucci's Electric Guitar Quartet.

Steve, in tandem with Don Sickler, put together the "Thelonious Monk Fake Book." (Hal Leonard Publishing)

An experienced educator, he is on faculty at The New School in NYC and taught at the California Institute of the Arts, Siena Summer Jazz Workshop, Stanford Jazz Workshop, Banff International Workshop, and Brubeck Summer Jazz Colony.
