You actually can't open the 1 star door from the back if you have 0 stars, so this will save a good amount of time for the 0 star TAS.
Thanks to Josh65536 for noticing this spot would work and helping a little with math.
This is the first ever tunnel through non-axis-aligned walls. It's mechanically the same as axis-aligned walls but the math is more complicated.
