In this video, I share an easy homemade recipe for crispy creamy zinger fish
made with boneless fish and simple kitchen ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
Fish – 2 kg (boneless)
Salt – to taste
Red chili powder – 1½ tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1½ tbsp
Lemon juice – 1½ tbsp
Creamy Filling:
Homemade creamy cheese / malai – 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Batter:
All-purpose flour (maida) – 1½ to 2 cups
Salt – 1½ tsp
Red chili powder – 1½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Water – as needed
METHOD:
Marinate the fish with spices and set aside.
Make the creamy filling and keep it ready.
Cut, fill, coat with batter, and fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
