Описание: A final-year student at Monash University Malaysia, Raegel Cha Xin Yi aims to convey a very important message: that therapy can benefit everyone. While discussing the ins and outs of therapy, Raegel depicts her own experiences struggling with overwhelming academic pressure and expectations, and shares how she utilized therapy to prosper in spite of it. Raegel Cha is a final year Medical Bioscience student at Monash, eager to complete her first degree. As a young adult raised in a culture where struggles with mental health are mostly hidden away, her journey through therapy has pushed her to question these societal norms and to explore her identity outside the boundaries of being a model student.
